How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Newspaperreported Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Newspaperreported Heating & Air went
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Newspaperreported Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@newspaperreported.living and tell us:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, in plain terms, and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
