Newspaperreported Heating & Air is a referral service. We hear from homeowners who have a problem with an air conditioner, a furnace, or an aging system. When a request fits your service and your area, we can pass it to you. You then talk to the homeowner, give an estimate, and decide if the job is right for you.

Think of it like a bulletin board at a hardware store. We post the need. You choose whether to answer.

Who We Are Looking For

We want to hear from providers who:

• Run an independent HVAC business in Jersey City or the Jersey City area
• Handle AC repair, furnace repair, or system replacement
• Hold the licenses and insurance required where they work
• Can speak plainly with homeowners who feel stressed
• Understand local conditions, from cold snowy winters to older homes with stone or block foundations

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us worried, so we ask providers to be steady and clear. That means:

• Returning homeowner contacts promptly when you are able
• Explaining the problem in simple words
• Giving a written estimate before starting work
• Being honest about availability, especially in peak heat or deep cold
• Standing behind your own work and paperwork

You remain responsible for your work, your pricing, and your agreements with each homeowner. Newspaperreported Heating & Air does not perform the work or direct how you do it. Providers in our network may pay a fee when a request is passed along, and we will share the terms before you join.

How to Apply

• The towns you cover
• Your license and insurance details
• A good phone number and email for homeowner requests

We will review what you send and reply with next steps. Joining is not automatic, and we may ask follow-up questions.
